We constantly strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All items are guaranteed to arrive in new condition, as described. All items come with a 30 day manufacturers defect warranty. All jewelry and apparel is subject to wear, and misused or damaged merchandise is not returnable. Shipping is not refundable. All returns need an R.A. number, please call or contact us for a number. We find very few issues that cannot be resolved, so please contact us with any questions.
